The Cameroon Beauty Awards is a project of the national association of aesthetics, which is part of the Wellness and Aesthetics pole of the Ministry of Arts and Culture.

This national event aims to highlight the actors in the beauty and wellness industry in Cameroon and the diaspora, including beauticians, cosmeticians, medical aestheticians, makeup artists, nail technicians, tattoo artists, image consultants, hairdressers, eyelash technicians, promoters of beauty institutes, professional training centers, and major cosmetic laboratories. It encompasses all stakeholders in the beauty and wellness sector.

Ethical Beauty

Ethical beauty encompasses practices that respect both the environment and human rights. It aims to reduce the ecological footprint of the beauty and wellness industry's production and to improve working conditions throughout the value chain.

The challenges include reducing plastic waste, using safe chemicals, corporate social responsibility, and transparency in manufacturing processes.
